Good for acid reflux
We were planning to upgrade to a motorised recliner as the manual one we had helped reduce severe acid reflux and had almost finalized a deal until we saw this bed in an outlet. It was a no brainer investment and the bed has been wonderful. Delivery was quick and installation done next day. Go for it if you have gerd and can't lie for hours after food.

Good
The bed is good but the only issue we face is the cleaning of bed. That is on the wall side as it is so heavy to move and lift, which is the only bummer.

Love it
This is a definite investment in your own well-being. It is a very high-quality bed built of first-rate components. It is adjustable, as the name implies. The bed can be used as you like, and you can lie flat whenever you like. Additionally, using the remote control is really convenient. Massage is also acceptable. There are three speeds and three kinds of vibration. There is no doubting that the mattress is comfy, but there is something that I cannot identify that keeps me from being completely happy with my purchase. I usually sleep on my side or stomach, so I'm still figuring out where I feel most at ease. Delivery was quite quick, and installation was simple. I adore the product as a whole.

Poorest post purchase support
Though the product is very useful in terms of its feature, the problem is post purchase poor support. No one turned up for six days despite priority requests quoting my aged parents. Finally had to assemble it on my own (luckily has all the tools). The best part is the Rep who came on the seventh day was all alone. He expected the customer to help him in assembling the bed which is close to 70-80 kgs. This is just not acceptable after spending close to a lakh.

Base is good but width is less
Base is good, mattress is ultra bad. Also the base width (and the included mattress width as well) should have been a bit more. Overall not worth the money.
