The Sensarte pan presents as advertised. Reviews of the pan are accurate. The pan has a nice non-stick coating to prepare foods. Do be careful to use utensils that DO NOT scratch the surface. The pan's handle is very sturdy and does not need a pot holder. Washing up the pan is easy as long as you don't have burned on food. Even though it is aluminum, it does cook evenly as though it were a cast iron pan. Do not use harsh cleaning solutions or scratchy sponges on the surface. You don't want to damage the surface over time. This is my thrid order of a Sensarte pan.

I absolutely love this pan! It is the right size in width and height of sides. It works as advertised. Non stick, browns beautifully. I have been a long standing belief in cast iron pans. I am now over 80 and was looking for something that would work the same, but not be so heavy to handle, and this pan does it. Plus it is is very easy to clean up and it’s attractive!

I find these pans durable and very easy to use and clean; however, the pour spout is on the opposite side of what I need. I pour with my left hand and use a spatula with my right making pouring very difficult with the pour spout on the left side of the handle. If the manufacturers read this could you please consider giving us a choice? Some people are right handed, and some are left. One side only pour spout is not a good fit for all. Either give us a choice or put one on both sides.

This is a great pan for stir fry or anything really because it’s deep. I haven’t used it in the oven yet but I’d be surprised if it…..including the (surprise) well-fitting lid weren’t good to 350. Be proud of the sumbitch. Use plastic or wood utensils.

I like _everything_ about this pan except for one thing.Pros: good size - it is shown as being 10 inch across from outside edge to outside edge but actually it is 10 5/8 inches. (The inside edge is 10 inches) It is nice and deep which I also like. And of course it is nonstick. It took me a long time to understand how to use nonstick pans - but now I find them very easy to use. I bought a silicone spatula to use in it and I expect it to last a long time.Cons: Only one thing I don't like and which I never thought to check before buying. If you look closely at the photos you can see that is designed with a pouring indent or spout on only one side - the side you can easily pour from if you are using your right hand. I usually hold a pot or pan with my left hand and use a spatula or spoon with my right hand to scrape or slide things out. Can't do this easily with any precision because there is no indentation.

I love this item and I just ordered another one, however I did not get a cooking and art book with the first one I bought and I messed it up not knowing the cooking instruction. My second one that I purchased I did get a book and I will use it differently. Now I would like a smaller one if they make a smaller one. I would like to return the first one, but I am not sure whether I can or not.

This pan has a solid and flat bottom that works nicely with electric stove, unlike other thin bottom one that tends to warp over use and no longer can maintain a good contact with the cooking surface. It also appears to last longer than those teflon coated ones.

Will definitely be purchasing another one soon! Once I got this fan, I didn’t need any other pain in my kitchen. I’m serious. It does it all it’s deep. It’s beautiful. I keep it on my stove. This is the only frying pan sauté pan that I use.!
