Are the shelves inside the cabinets adjustable? Want to store toilet brush & plunger on the bottom shelf & not sure if it's tall enough.

Hi, The inside measurements of the bottom door area are 23 1/2 tall by 6 3/4 wide. The shelf that is for that area is both adjustable by a few inches from middle up and down and also removable.

Can this be hung in wall without it touching the floor?

I wouldn't. There are 2 nails that hold to top part to the wall to keep it from falling forward, but I wouldn't hang it from them. The back is a thinner board type backing so it wouldn't hold it if you drilled into it either.

How many inches apart are the two handle holes? I'm considering buying brushed nickel door handles and pull.

They are about 5 inches long, from tip of top to bottom.
