Icepacks are great and stay cold longer than others, the way they’re sectioned allows you to distribute gel. Only downside is one pouch with strap, it’s probably meant for one area and second icepack as a replacement. Having bilateral foot surgery I had to order another set just for the strap and the first one is already fluffy after 5 days. Velcro is strong but straps seems to give in slowly. I came back to this review because the ice packs are immaculate after 2 mths of daily repeated use. It would be great to have 2 straps in one set but the quality is great, the icepacks are perfect, the strap is a bit chuffed but atill holding up stretchy and good velcro.

So i didnt realise this when ordering but you receive two ice packs and only ONE velcro strap. But i have TWO sore elbows... i dont have sore knees fortunately... but if i did I have two of those as well... so now if i want to ice two limbs at the same time I have to order the whole thing again... make it make sense!?!?!

Really good keeps areas nice a cold and hits the points u need second time buying

Not the best around; used it as a cold pack only but it warms down quickly, not more than 4-5 min. Wish the cool could last longer
