Fun to Read, Inspires, Lots of Pragmatic Tools for Living a Joyful Life!
I bought the printed version of the book when it first came out and just recently got it on my kindle too. I remember the first time I read the first 2 chapters of the book. I just cried with relief. I really didn't know there were other people out there who felt as 'out of place' as I did... and I just loved the way Dain could candidly talk about his life and changing it with such vulnerability and humour and kindness. There are so many cool tools and questions in this book. For someone who has learned reiki, bowen therapy, theta healing, gone to heaps of 'psychic' and spiritual things just trying to find something useful to give me some kind of way to be in the world and actually enjoy my life.. this is jam-packed of awesome stuff. I like the style of writing. It's different and fun, and always totally genuine. I had so many 'lightbulb' and 'aha' moments about why things weren't working the way I'd like.. and even better - there are always a bunch of questions, tools and things to put into practice right away to change things - and they are simple and easy and don't require you spending ages mulling over your drama or trauma... you can just change it.One of my favourite things that Dr Heer talks about is 'Interesting Point of View" - I will say this to myself a lot when I am getting upset or really irritated with someone or something. By the time I say 'interesting point of view I have this point of view' for the 3rd time in my head, suddenly the person stops being cranky or irritating, or something else just happens and there's no longer an issue. Can't really explain it, but I have tried it out even when dealing with the most obnoxious people in my life... and stuff changes. It's very cool. Now I have 85% less things to get upset about... must get a new hobby! ;-) Thanks Dr Dain for sharing your story, and for helping us different people know that we are not alone, and we are not messed up and that living here can be magic and fun... and not just survivable.By the way, I have read a lot of self-help books, and I always felt I walked away with very little in terms of things I could actually DO to change my life that actually were fun or inspirational. This book is both - it's fun, it's inspirational and useful. OH, and Dr Dain and Gary Douglas (founder of Access Consciousness on which the tools of Dains book are based) actually have an online radio show too- Access Consciousness, on Voice America which is very out there and cool, recommend a listen to hear these tools in action by the guys themselves!

Literally a Life Changer!
Wowza! First, some background: I have taken Bars class twice, and have dabbled in Access for the last 5 years. Even though I knew it was awesome and light for me, I put it on the back burner while finishing college. I'm beginning to practice more and take more classes. I'm also reading more books and using night loops. Now for this book: It took me 8 months to finish it. It's not that I didn't enjoy it, but I kept putting it down. It was a lot of awareness to handle at once. I decided to finish it on a plane trip. It is my new favorite book! I'm so glad that I hung in there and kept picking it up until I was ready to complete it! There are so many tools here! Dr. Dain introduced sooo many possibilities that I had never considered. The chapters on death and abuse are truly the most valuable to me. I am so grateful for Gary, Dain, and this modality called Access consciousness. They have truly changed my life, and I'm so very excited to see what shows up for me now, what choices I can make, and how I can continue to the Earth. This book is a great addition to the library of anyone who knows that there is something more out there, but is not wrote sure how to grasp it. I will gleefully read it periodically for continued and deeper clearing. How does it get even better than this? What else is possible?

Amazing & Fantasitic Dr Dain Heer!
This book is for someone who truly cares to understand the HOW TO Manual of LIVING on the Planet in JOY in the 21st Century and Beyond! This book is not for someone who does not like change, wishes to enjoy and have fun in the trauma and drama of life. EIther way it is OK, No judgement. However, if you truly want "Expansion" This BOOK is a MUST! It will stretch your thinking out of the BOX and if that is what feels right, you will love thedirection this takes you. It is all about you and what feels good to you. And by Being You, You allow others to Be themselves. This is a great way to get along on thisplanet these days also. Also so inspiring to know we are greater than we thought and were taught we are. We can change anything with the choice to do so. This is huge and the choice is ours.I recommend it to all seeking with questions of what else is there? This book will open more doors, ask more questions and guide you to Be Your Own Guide! How does it get any better than this? What else is possible for the People of this Planet?

Being Me...
I was first introduced to Access back in 2009 by an old college friend, so the language and clearing statements in this book were familiar to me. Still, this is just the book I needed to get started on a new beginning, a new life and a new (old) me.This book is amazing. Dain has a gift with words, humor and sweetness and every page flows effortlessly into the next making the concept, ideas and method easy to grasp and understand.I just finished reading it last night and started re-reading it again this morning. I think this is one of those books you can gain something new from with each read. Or, just turn to a page and be reminded of a question you may have forgotten to ask.Access is a new approach to living and it makes sense. Instead of looking for answers, start asking questions and you'll be amazed at the possibilities that arise. When I first started asking questions back in '09, my life soon after changed in a very dramatic way. I still have a ways to go to release these judgements and break down the walls, but after just a few days of reading Dain's book, I can feel a shift within me.Anyone with an "open mind" and a need/demand for a new way of living, please give this book a chance.
