Works really well. Easy to install to the network and bluetooth to the door lock.

Works Seemlessly With My Fingerprint doorknob lock
I bought this to pair with my fingerprint doorknob lock and so far it works great. Paired with the Tuya app with no issue. Setup was a snap. It allows me to connect to my doorknob lock without having to be physically next to it connected via BT. I can connect to my doorknob from within my house, to anywhere in the world, as long as I have Internet access. I plan to buy a couple more doorknob locks and I expect them all to be accessible using this smart hub.

Works but could be better
Door lock does not want to work sometimes. If I remove the batteries and put them back in it may go back to working. If not taking the lock off and reinstalling it usually works. needless to say you better have the key for the door hidden close because eventually you are going to need it. Kind of a pain.

Working with no disconnection so far
Had a fear these units would have sporadic disconnections but so far so good, it works as intended, always have access remotely to my smart lock. Make sure they are compatible with yours

The gateway doesn’t work
I’ve tried everything, including all of the troubleshooting recommendations from the manufacturer, and I cannot get the device to connect. It has power and the light is blinking, but it will not connect.

Bought this because 3 of my smart door locks doesn't have WiFi. And I wanted to be able check the status or let someone in, while I'm away. This gateway works on all 3 of my door locks via Bluetooth and I can connect to the gateway via WiFi to control the 3 door locks. I've had it a few weeks now, with no problems.

Easy Set Up
Easy to set up. If using with the Nice Digi Smart door lock recommend using SmartLife app instead of the Nice DIgi app.
