The cleats are different, but you can swap the standard Peloton pedals for Look Keo, if you have the right tool handy.

Q: Are these compatible with shimano spd-sl shoes?

Yes they would be fine on an SPD-SL compatible shoe, the cleat uses the same 3 bolt fitting.

Q: Is Black all black? The picture looks a lot like black white. Also, do they clme with cleats?

we have both all black and the black and white in stock and they both come with cleats. Amazon control the picture but this listing is for the black and white version.

I see your confusion, but as I have six bikes with look pedals I think it refers to the fact that you get one set of cleats, changing to the red ones allows a bit more play for example
