This is the real thing. Purchased for sourdough - works exactly as advertised. Very fast - a second or two to read - very stable / no recal over months - doesn't clog, easy to rinse... for this price, this is really, really good. Only 1 decimal place but that's good enough for sourdough. Strongly recommend. I'll buy a second one just to support the vendor.

I use this for canning. I have had it for about a year now and it still works great and accurately. The tester is easy to use and comes with great instructions.

Why would you make a product that uses specialty batteries? Why not standard batteries? I've been to Walgreens, but none are available. I've been to CVS, where none are available. I'm going to Walmart now. However, the product works well, therefore my 4-star rating.

I highly recommend this PH Meter, above all of the others I have tried. It is the most user friendly, very easy to calibrate with accurate ph readings. I tried about 6 other ph meters, as I use them for my business, this one is by far the best.

L'articolo è arrivato nella sua scatola, senza altro imballo. Era integro. Con l'apparecchio arrivano anche i tester per tarare il pH7 e 4. Inoltre il liquido di conservazione per la punta. Le istruzioni per la taratura sono semplici e ben spiegate. Per ora l'ho utilizzato per misurare l'acidità del lievito madre. Funziona bene. Ne consiglio l'acquisto.

Does what it says ,but be carefull when you test as the blue nib is fragile ie don't push into item you are testing ie sour kraut too hard, gently does it ,I have replaced wand with a back up.
