Needed to drill two 10mm dia holes through hard floor tiles and into concrete below for holding down a toilet - did the job effectively leaving nice clean holes

Drilled very well into concrete slabs, minimal effort required, BUT, they only lasted for 3 holes, the tops snapped off. So if you have more than 3 holes to drill... I'd recommend something else
