Just works
Simple to swap out with old unit which was a the same brand, but older, alerted the default setting to higher flow rate.The extraction rate is spot on, and not too loud on higher setting.

Visually attractive and very quiet, but very long with no dimensions given.
The first thing that I noticed was that the central cylinder of the fan was about 3 times longer than the one that I was replacing. For most buyers, this may not be an issue but it was for me since the ducting was not straight and was non-flexible. It took me a several hours fitting the fan. The dimensions of the fan are not listed in the specification. If I had known this, I would not have bought the fan.A number of reviewers say that the fan has no timer. In fact it has. You need 2 live wires - one from before the pull cord switch, and one after the switch. If you have fitted two live wires, I suggest that you swap them. The unswitched live is labelled L. The switched live is labelled Ls.The fan is visually attractive and very quiet

Noisy, poor extraction, size issue
In theory this sounded a good fan, but in reality it is very poor. The depth of the unit from the face you see to inside the ceiling is far too big, it is quite noisy on full speed and it doesn’t seem to extract nearly as well as the old version that I had. Returning it.

THIS DOES NOT HAVE A TIMER AS STATED. Default cut off after about 17minutes.

Bathroom Fan Replacement
Bought this to upgrade my existing noisy fan. This was easy to install and fit easily where the old one had been. This is so much quieter than the old one and comes with 2 flaps that prevent wind blowing in when not in use. Relatively low height flush fit, run on timer easy to adjust. Definitely recommend.
