The Alovexiong replacement tip for the Surface Slim Pen 2 performs exactly the same as the original tip. It has the same hard rubber texture and feels the same when gliding across the screen. There was no delay and shading worked perfectly. The metal contact portion that goes in the pen has a very slight visual difference, so I was able to tell them apart. I swapped the tips repeatedly without knowing which one I was using so I would have no bias and was unable to detect even the slightest difference between the original and replacement tip.
