Replacement Carbon Brush Holder Brush Card Assembly for M18 18V Hammer Drill & Impact Driver Accessories Compatible with AEG Milwauu-kee 22-22-1640, 22-22-1550，2650-20

Bought this to replace the worn out brushes on a Milwaukee 1/4" 2650-20 impact driver. Perfect replacement! I did have to adjust the brush holder as it was a little tight and the brushes would not spring back. Simply done with a flat head screwdriver to spread the holder apart a little bit. I removed the old brush assembly, unsoldered the wires and reversed that for installing this new one. Worked great and I should get lots of life out of this. For the price you cant beat it!

When my 15+ year old hammer drill started to not turn on reliably I was tempted to replace it with a new one. I decided to take it apart and clean out the concrete dust and sawdust and discovered my brushes were at their bases! If I held them in it worked perfectly. This replacement brush assembly saved me significant $$. It fit perfectly, simple to desolder the old and solder in the new and …TADA …. a like new drill. Thanks!!

Check for free Movement of Brushes In Holder. One of the 4 was Stiff, would not have touched Commutator. I had to slightly Bend the holder to make brush slide Freely under Spring. After Tweaking Brush holder my Drill Works. The old brushes were plum worn out. I opted to Solder the old wire on instead of using new screwed in Wires which would have required more disassembly. You'll need a powerful soldering iron to do it my way. 4 stars because of the sticking Brush, otherwise It Works. It Fits.

A bit difficult to install, wish they made connecting the wires easier.
