Good product
I absolutely love these face masks and I love the whole set. It works really good and it stays cold sometimes really cold but other than that it's really good and it works so well for migraines and headaches and if you're just having hot flashes and stuff and it just works really well.

Bought for my boyfriend he loves the masks the other pieces aren’t super useful at this time. They do what he needs them to do and they work pretty well

Get what you pay for. (for once)
Was everything advertised. I know it may sound a bit negative but it is nice to get exactly what you ordered. So many things in life look great on paper(internet) but when you hold them in your hand that sometimes changes..... but not here. Thank you for being everything you said it was.

Why the long face?
Okay apparently I have kind of a long face 😂. So it's a face mask so it's relatively thin, so it's not going to be freezing forever, of course it doesn't fold and conform perfectly but probably no mask does, and that's why it comes with multiple parts so that you can focus on particular spots as well. The only issue that probably makes it truly less usable to me is just that there is only one shape and it is for a shorter rounder face shape, but if your face doesn't have the right shape then it's going to sit weird on the eyes and nose. It looks nice in a spa type way, but I think if I really have a sinus headache or something I will be better off just getting a large gel pack, then the cooling material will be thicker and those usually conform better so probably more uniform cooling.

Great Kit
Love this kit! It's great for when my sinuses swell or a headache. Stays on and is comfortable. You have 2 sides if one side is too cold just flip it over. Comes in a nice carrying bag which I leave in the freezer.

Broke
Had it for a couple months in freezer. Used it for the first time and it leaked the jelly out of the top

For swelling
Very effective to hold down swelling after nasal surgery. Size is great and they feel very durable.
