I’m permanently replacing my normal vitamin D3 supplement with this 2nd Springs d3+k2. High quality for a great value.

I like the combo of D3 and K2 in a single chewable. Both are essential to the body; vitamin D manages blood levels of calcium so it’s key for healthy bones. Vitamin K2 helps the body use calcium, preventing its buildup in the wrong locations. Both are naturally found in animal products. Dairy & fermented foods are also good for K2, while fish and sunlight are ideal for D3. Natural food sources are ideal but deficiency is not uncommon so a supplement such as this can be helpful. For most people, 10-20mcg of D3 and 90-120mcg of K2 is recommended. A single cherry flavored tablet from this bottle includes 50mcg of vitamin D3 and 75mcg of menaquinone. So the K2 is at the low end and D3 is more than double. That said, the tolerable upper level of D3 is 100mcg so it’s within range if you’re not also getting too much D3 from other sources. I believe this is a great supplement for those in need of raising blood levels of vitamin D. Otherwise for other adults, I suggest cutting this in half or seeking a lower dosage D3 supplement.
