Purchased this product, followed the instructions and they never did anything. Placed them in warm water in a warm place, 7 sprouted so transfered to a pot with aquatic soil. Put them outside in an area so it could get sun for at least 6 hours. Always made sure there was water. Nothing happened they all died. Don't waste your money. So disappointed!!

So far they are doing good the seeds have opened and it’s blooming

First only got 8 supposed to be 10, they are in a bowl of clean water and they have a growth long and skinny… won’t buy again

Well this was a little disappointing and misleading. I thought that it was a full set to have this (bowl and aquatic soil), but it was only seeds. The wording should say 10 seeds (only). I did think the price was too good to be true though for all of that so I’m not too disappointed. I’m excited for the seeds and I have ordered a bowl and soil now too. Can’t wait to see them bloom. The price is amazing for 10 seeds alone and my only reservation is the wording maybe being slightly misleading. It did seem too good to be true, so I’m not overly disappointed. Just buy them and order your soil and bowl at the same time!

Did not come with directions on how to plant/grow. Been 2 weeks no change but I will keep checking for a couple more.

I bought these lotus seeds because I wanted to try growing something different in my little patio pond, and they looked really pretty in the pictures. The seeds arrived in good condition—there were 10 just like it said. I soaked them in warm water for a few days, and about half of them sprouted, which I thought was pretty decent.One thing I wish I had known upfront is that you definitely need to buy aquatic soil and a bowl or pot separately—none of that is included. It’s not a huge deal, but the listing could be a little clearer. I had to pause and wait for those to arrive before I could transfer the sprouts.So far, the ones that did sprout are growing nicely, and I’m hopeful they’ll bloom in a month or so. If you enjoy gardening or want to try something new, I think this is a fun little project—just know that it’s not completely ready to go out of the box.

I’ve planted 5 so far and only one did not sprout. Which is just fine.Be warned that you must clip one end of the seed prior to sprouting. The instructions indicate you can do this with diagonal cutters (aka wire cutters). These things are hard as a rock and slipper. I had better luck grinding it down with a file.
