Very good cervical pillow. Since I use it, I wake up with less pain and stiffness in my neck. It maintains a good posture when sleeping and is comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft. The foam adapts well and recovers its shape. The cover is washable and of good quality. I totally recommend it.

It is comfortable but it smelled slightly like mildew. It was the cover, not the foam inside. I washed the cover and it smells fine now.

I think this is one of those items that will work great for some, but it didn't work well for me. I read the reviews and many were favorable, so, I figured I would try it. I knew when I sent off for it, that it might not work for me, as I have tried many different pillows. Because of neck problems, I have, it's hard to find one that works for me. This was one that didn't give me the pain relief I had hoped for.
