Firstly this product is a bit heavy which is an indicator of good quality. It has given my phone about 5 full charges without recharging the power bank. The phone charges really fast if uninterrupted or if it is turned off. However the power bank does take a few hours to get charged. This is perfect for if you are stranded. It has a pretty decent flashlight. The indicator is also a plus it gives you the level of power in the power bank. All in all I would recommend it for it's power and it's dual use. The downside is it takes too long for the bank itself to get charged. It also does not come with a type C charger but rather with a USB charger. So you will have to get another charger. It does have two USB ports one type C charger. It can charge both android and iphones. Overall I would still give it 5 stars for quality.

My wife's cellphone often runs out of power at a time when she needs it most. Also our power goes out due to weather frequently. Both situations require a long-life backup batter solution. This unit offers a lot of power and even a built-in light! BOTH features are helpful when the power goes out! To my surprise it arrived with a 100% full charge! So far, with heavy usage, my wife has not used up the full battery. Not sure of how many hours it will last, but she has run her phone on it for well over 3 hours without making much of a dent in the remaining capacity. The unit will simultaneously charge or operate up to three devices and offers fast charging on one of the USB ports. You can use this to power any USB device, though it would not likely be suitable for a standard laptop. It will work with the lightweight laptops and all of our tablets. There are three different USB ports: USB micro, USB standard and USB C. It offers PD3.0/QC4.0 fast-charge which for newer cellphones reduces the charge time considerably. While I haven't timed it I do know that somewhere between 30-50 minutes a dead battery cellphone was fully charged. One of the most useful features is the digital display showing remaining charge. This is a heavier battery than what she had before, but offers over double the capacity making the trade off well worth the extra mass. I am buying a second unit for myself, and am considering getting more to give as useful Christmas and Birthday gifts.

Love this thing. Is it heavy, I notice it not being in my purse heavy however it charges an iPhone 6-7 times from 5-10% battery level. This things great. Just wish it was lighted

Charger works well and the flashlight is nice. It loses power about twice as fast as my other 20000mah chargers and does charge my quest 2 any faster. I have my doubts that this is actually 20000mah.

This charger holds up wonderfully and has been a great companion while traveling abroad. Several friends were impressed and asked how it could charge so many different devices. It’s compact, fits within international airline regulations, and works exactly as advertised.No complaints, especially for the price. I’d definitely buy it again as a gift. Overall, a solid and reliable charger.

After about a year normally use, it seems not keep the full capacity. It only changes my phone for 1.5 time.

It's fast and does multiple devices on a single charge.

Bought when it was on sale for $19.99. When It goes on sale again I will buy two more probably. Anyone complaining about the weight doesn't understand that heavier weight means it is more powerful. I did a 4 hour live stream on my S22. Without the power bank, my battery will last only 45 minutes while streaming. This power bank kept my battery at 100% for 4 hours and the power bank still has 69% charge left. Amazing. Use the USB C output for the fastest charging rates. I will probably never use the flashlight feature but it's nice to have. It came charged 100%. This fits in my pocket just fine. Again, if you don't like how bulky it is, then buy a smaller charger, but it will not be as powerful. The only negative thing I can think of is the power button is hard to see. Other than that, I'm extremely satisfied for the price.
