I'm definitely not a doctor, understand the difference between connection and causation, and realize gout is uniquely personal to our own experiences. But....I had my first flare up in April of 2011 and then again in December of 2012. Since then, I've taken these pills without interruption ever since. I have also avoided the worst offenders like organ meat, scallops, anchovies, etc. I limit to some degree how much red meat I eat and try to eat healthy generally two meals out of three a day. I have had only one real flare up in 12 years and it was when I was out for three days of this product. Is it these pills? Maybe. It is worth it to me to keep taking them. If they won't work time will tell eventually, but 12 years is pretty good.

This product really works

I’m going to change my review on this because my doctor pointed out that gout is not high Uric acid levels in your blood but precipitation of that acid in your joints. Obviously, you need the acid in the blood to get it into the joints. But preventing it from crystallizing in the joints is what prevents gout. And this product does seem to do that. While my blood Uric acid level remains a bit high, I have had no more gout episodes for getting on eighteen months now.———- Original Review —————I have taken two of these in the morning and two in the evening every day for a year now. A year ago, a lab test found my Blood Uric Acid level was 9.4. My latest test after taking this twice a day for a year is 9.1. (Normal is less than 7.5). A change of 0.3 is worthless and statistically insignificant, about 3%. This is likely not much more than the error of the test itself.This stuff is expensive and it did nothing.

I'm not usually one to leave a review but I felt compelled to do so considering the results from using this product.. my dad who is in his early 50s has been struggling with gout in his feet ever since I can remember, lots of harsh medications and Dr visits only to ease the pain until the next flare up. Literally making him unable to work, drive, sleep etc. I ordered this product for him out of desperation knowing I'd get it in two days instead of waiting until he could get in to the Dr (again). I ordered it on a Friday night he had been under attack for about a month and had already went through two scripts and however much $... It was delivered to his house on Sunday around 3 and he called me Monday morning at 9am and he was on his way to WORK! He was in such disbelief that he couldn't hardly mumble the words. He had been pumping his body full of meds for years and had very few successes. Less then 24hrs later he was healed!! & with no side effects like his usual medication would give. This stuff is AMAZING and for 16$!!!?!?! it's a life changer! Thank you Jesus! I hope anyone suffering with gout will give this a chance! You WILL NOT regret it.

I was skeptical at first and even waited months before leaving a review. I take this on the days I eat specific foods that cause my flare-ups. Before buying this product, I would just avoid any food and/or drink that would typically cause me problems. Let me tell you… this stuff here changed my life. I’m not a paid actor! If I feel the slightest stiffness or pain I take 2 or maybe 3 and I kid you not… 10 minutes later instant relief. I also drink plenty of water and exercise 4x a week. I’m not sure if this will have the same affect on others but I’ve had flare ups where I’d pay $300 for relief so arguably this stuff is affordable and gets the job done.

I purchased these because of the glowing reviews but unfortunately they did nothing for me. I have had multiple flare ups since January 22 and as of today these pills have done nothing to help or ease the attacks. I have finished the entire bottle and nothing. So i wont be repurchasing them. This is not to discredit anyone who has gotten help by these pills, more power to you. I guess every body is different and may react different. I have had gout for years now, i am 51 years old and the flare ups are getting far more aggressive and continuous even though i follow a very strict diet, dont drink and stick to yoga which is not hard on the joints. At this point im opting for gout medication as i have been rejecting for years.

I purchased this and received it a day early. It was the second day of a gout flare and I couldn't walk on my right foot due to the pain and inflammation. I opened the bottle and took 4 capsules. That was around 4 PM. The next morning I was pain free. There was still stiffness and a little bit of soreness, but the excrutiating pain was gone. I made the mistake of going grocery shopping and aggravated it again but I had taken 4 more capsules that morning and 4 before bedtime again. The next morning I was just fine. My takeaway is this. I think the product greatly reduces the inflammation thus alleviating probably 95% of the pain. You have to be responsible, though, and still rest and stay off your affected limb as much as you can. Within a few days my foot was 100% healed. My total gout flare was gone within 3 days after starting the supplement compared to the two weeks it usually is but I was mostly pain free. So worth the purchase and something I will always have on hand.
