Until I tasted this I wouldn’t have believed how incredible this advances any dish that you make with or without mushrooms. Especially if you don’t like the texture of mushrooms but love the flavor.

Perfect taste

For those of us who are familiar with this sumptuous power of nature, I’ve encountered some differences in flavor from the natural truffle and imitations. Though the variance does stand out, it is still satisfying as it relates to the real thing. Especially with certain bland foods that lend themselves as a delicious platform for “truffle ish” flavor. I highly recommend.

haven't tried it yet just came yesterday. Did sprinkle a small amount on potato salad and it gave a good taste

It is not actual truffle, but truffle flavoring and it tastes really off.

It came promptly and well wrapped. It met expectations.

Did not find the product ingredient listing anywhere on the site. Also, the pictures on the site do not show the back of the bottle to allow you to view the ingredients.The ingredients are natural flavor, carb flour, dried summer, truffle, (Tuber oestivum Vittod). Artificial flavor.Do not want artificial flavoring in my seasoning.
