Il migliore seghetto che abbia mai avuto. Speriamo che la lama duri.

I was hesitant to buy this because it seemed expensive but it cuts really well and comes in really handy. Worth every penny.

Wow! I luv this saw and its (new) look! I've been having a lot of fun just cutting branches from an 80'ft felled-tree (with ease). Spring trimmings are already underway. Fwiw I also have the 240mm Gomboy, which is also great! But for branches up to 5", the Pocketboy is stiffer and cuts just as fast, plus it's easier and less bulky to carry, especially when collecting driftwood or cutting long branches that had felled for campfires, when wilderness camping. Previously, I've relied on my Bahco Laplander, which is also a great, tough, and lightweight folding saw. But there was a clear difference and advantage in cutting performance with the Pocketboy. At 8.8oz, it's 1.7oz heavier and about 1/4" shorter than the Laplander; but the Pocketboy cuts much faster with less effort, even though it mostly cuts on the pullback motion (1-way). The arbor composite (wooden resin) handle of the Outback Edition (series) just highlights its rugged looks and superior performance. The contoured-grip is very comfortable on the bare hand. Like others, I wish Silky included a more functional practical belt case (nylon/leather) for field use vs. the plastic one; but I suspect this may have to do with potential issues of rusting from saw blades(?). Otherwise, for those who faithfully take care of their blades and tools, this shouldn't be a problem. Rec'd: After cutting a while, I noticed that the handle will "stain" or darken after frequent use. While for most, this would impart a bit of character. I decided to personalize the look for my Pocketboy. I painted the relief-letterings, which are molded into the handle construction: [i.e. SiLKY, JAPAN] by using fine-tipped enamel markers in red and black colors to match its brand logo. I had to wear reading glasses to better control painting. After it dried, I applied Linseed Oil, which imparts a darker and warmer tone to wood composite; but imo it also helps resist staining from oil, grime, etc. The feel of the handle and grippy-ness doesn't change. Regardless, it looks great with or without it; but I know that this saw is mine. ;) And I don't ever expect to use another that bests it in function and performance. [Update Mar-2023] I found a sheath w/Malice-molle belt clips! At 9" tall and 3 -1/2" wide it's perfect for those who prefer to carry on their belt or attach to a (molle) pack, when out in the field. Check out the "G109370 Gerber Sheath Large Tan by Gerber Knives". (see updated photos)
