I’m astounded!
I just had new flooring laid in my house. Got this to keep water from splashing out of the shower onto the new floor. I was rinsing my hair and didn’t notice the shower curtain had kicked out a little. There was 1/2 of water standing on this mat. I hurried to get out of the shower and dry the floor because I was sure my new floor was soaked. Y’all, my floor was bone dry under this mat. I couldn’t believe that none of the water had soaked through to my floor. It’s not a fancy looking bath mat, but it’s inexpensive and does its job perfectly!

This is a stone mat
This is more or a micro fiber type mat it doesnt feel like a stone at all. But it does do good for with keeping the water off the floor.

You can't clean ANY diatomaceous mat — avoid these things
The most important thing to know is that diatomaceous mats are similar in texture to compressed cardbord. They are pourous and feel like rough paper. You will never be able to scrub or clean it, let alone sanitize it. You can try, but they're so porous, it's pointless. They also break easily. This brand is similar to most of them (I've had three different brands). None of them are worth having. I threw all of them out after just a few months.I don't know how I got sucked into the idea of a mat that stays dry. So stupid. Just use a regular bath mat that you can wash. Save yourself the aggravation.

Solid purchase
Works well. I just wish it was a little wider. Like seriously whose foot is this small?

Works ok
Nice size and lays flat with a non skid bottom. It does not seem to absorb water as quickly as I had expected but it is still way better than the traditional bath mat.

Mostly fine
Updated to add that I was very pleased with the seller’s response and would consider buying another mat.The color is as expected (My pictures seem to give it a more yellow tint, but it’s definitely neutral like in the stock pictures). It does get dirty but that’s not the fault of the product. One side is cut slightly unevenly (cut bows in on one of the long sides). I contemplated returning it, but if I turn the crooked side toward the shower it’s not terribly noticeable. Still a bit disappointed though. Mat dries quickly and never slips, size is exactly what i needed.
