I love these shoes, gives walking a whole new experience! After 1 year, I've sold/thrown all my other shoes and just gone full barefoot shoes.

I purchased these Vivobarefoot Primus Lite Knit in May 2024 for £116, expecting a high-quality, durable minimalist shoe. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.Despite using these shoes primarily for casual wear with some light running and walking, they've worn out at an alarming rate. Looking at the photos I've kept them in excellent condition. The most concerning issues are:1. The glue on the heel has come off2. The sole is separating from the upper3. Stitching is coming out from the upperFor a shoe at this price point, I expected significantly better durability. The fact that they seem to rely heavily on glue for construction is particularly disappointing.This isn't my first negative experience with Vivobarefoot, and at this point, I'm hesitant to consider their products in the future. While I'm generally willing to pay a premium for quality, these shoes simply don't meet the standard I'd expect for £116.I cannot recommend the Primus Lite Knit based on my experience. The rapid deterioration of the shoe makes it a poor value proposition. I'm now in the process of contacting Amazon to seek a resolution for this issue. Hopefully they allow me to return this for a refund.If you're looking for minimalist shoes, I'd suggest looking at other brands that offer better durability and value for money.

My shoes came a day earlier than expected and are absolutely perfect! Packed perfectly with instructions on how to return (as if!). Couldn't be happier; would order again in an instant:)

The shoes are a great design - great amount of room and have really helped my stability in the gym and on roads.But not built to last unfortunately the sole is already coming away from the upper mesh. Returns for my item expired yesterday 😞

Great shoes for using at work in office and walking on flat surfaces. Walked on a stoney gravel path which was not idea as treading on stones is not comfy! Lesson learnt !

This was the second, same shoe, I had bought after the first’s sole had come away from the knit. Through Vivo it was supposed to come with a 60day guarantee. The sole broke just after 30days which meant that Amazon had then closed the return window, making it impossible to return. Having contacted Vivo, as requested by Amazon, to have then been sent around in circles trying to get a replacement and to get this sorted. Very disappointing as it has been going on for so long that I’m out of the 60 day window.

Certainly is a mimilist shoe, sole was fine but I wanted something more substantial and supporting for the rest of the shoe so went for the Merrell Glove instead.My overall impression with Vivobarefoot is you have to pay a lot of money for very little in the way of fabric and construction.Far too flimsy for me, I wouldn't have had any confidence wearing them outdoors.I

I have had barefoot shoes before from this company, but this latest pair is a ridicules design,I have large size 14 wide feet, why make a trainer with no tongue and no flex in the shoe, a opening so small I can barely get my hand in the shoe, let alone my feet, R&D you need to step up annoyed ex customer, Martin

Order once and received the wrong size. Requested a replacement, still got the wrong size.Shoe looks amazing.
