Amazing!!! Diagnosed with perioral dermatitis. Going on two weeks. Meds not changing much. Bought soap after suggested to use. Huge difference in 2 days using twice a day. It's a winner! Pic 1 before soap, pic 2 after 2 days.

It would be better if the oats were actually in the bar of soap not just sprinkled on top of just one side of the bar. You definitely don't want to use the side the oats are on the first couple of times you use it because as soon as you scrub it just comes right off. Use it a couple times letting the bar soften so the oats actually get into the bar some rather than just one pass the first time you use it and they are gone. You also want to make sure you keep it in a dish that keeps it dry because if you let it sit in a wet dish or just on the shower shelf it's going to get all mushy really easy. It works out to help clear up mild skin issues you might be having. I don't know if I would purchase it again or not if the oats were in the bar like they should be them I would. It wasn't just a defective bar because I bought more than one and they were both the same.

I have had a persistent rash on and off for years, and I have been keeping it at bay lately (a month at least?). I have been using this soap to wash off a honey/turmeric/mct oil mask that I home mix instead of my usual cerave cleanser. I decided to declare war on this rash finally.My face has been very clear. I think it is mostly my homemade mask, but the soap is part of it. I also rub in a cheapo jock itch cream afterwards as well. So there are zero controls, and as a sample of n=1 cannot really experiment.When there are multiple variables, it is hard to separate what is causing the results. I can say for sure that it has not been hurting me however. I was a little freaked out about using a bar of soap on my face. So if you are worried about using a bar soap on your face, this review is intended to put you at ease.My girlfriend says my face is dewy.
