It’s hard to cook just one pack. So delicious!
Oh my, these are the BEST gluten free “ramen” noodles I’ve found. Better than the buckwheat style I’ve been eating for years. This ramen legitimately tastes like the cup of noodles I miss eating! I can’t have gluten or dairy, so these are perfect. I only wish you got more for the price, but these are premium ramen noodles so they are worth it to me, tasting so good! They’re not slimy or chewy. They also cook perfectly too. No issues at all. They’re perfect!

Instant Ramen Texture; GF Goodness
I’m CRYING!!! These ramen noodles are SO GOOD!!! If you have celiac disease, and you miss the bouncy, chewy texture of instant ramen noodles, BUY THESE NOODLES!!! You won’t be disappointed! While these aren’t instant, they have the texture of the instant ramen you’ve been craving! Love that they’re not only GF but also vegan! While I’m not vegan, I have a friend who is both celiac and vegan. I will be recommending these to him for sure! SO DELICIOUS!!!

Springy, Tasty and Hard to Believe its Gluten-free
If I got this in a restaurant, I'd think they gave me reg ramen noodles with gluten. It's because these are rice noodles and have spring and texture. They separated with coaxing (use chopsticks to pull the noodles apart before mixing with flavored oil/sauce). One square is probably enough for soup and but I used one to make a dry ramen dishes, where I added protein/vegs. On dry ramen dishes, I keep it in boiled water for 4 minutes, 10 seconds or so, no more. As I write this, I want to make it again, and soon!

So good I can't believe it
OMG JUST LIKE REAL RAMEN!!!!! I broke my daily fast early to try my husband's noodles (I ordered them for him to eat in soup) and I had a hard time stopping myself from eating more than a few forkfuls. THEY ARE SO FLIPPING DELICIOUS AND TASTE LIKE REAL RAMEN! To the point that I actually got worried they weren't actually gluten free and went back on here to check the details again and read the other reviews. So easy to make, so much healthier than the standard gluten wheat Ramen noodles. I've tried every alternative "pasta" out there (lentil, green pea, chickpea, hearts of palm, zucchini, shiratake, corn/quinoa, mung bean threads, sweet potato starch bean threads, and many brands made from rice). Some of these we like as a family, but haven't found anything remotely like ramen before now. Thank you!!!

Rather chewy, but good
I like the ramen, it tastes good. It cooked well, but is rather chewy. I prefer a softer noodle. I haven't quite perfected the best bowl of ramen, but I'm working on that. I like that it has enough to last a while. Good product.

Celiacs Rejoice! Delicious Ramen Noodles
These are my go-to for Asian noodles as someone with Celiac and a house full of other Celiacs. These noodles are very versatile; I use them for ramen, chow mein, or any Asian noodle dish that doesn't require rice noodles. They come in individually portioned packages, which I find are perfect sizes for one person. The package looks small, but the noodles expand quite a bit once fully cooked! My brother insisted on having two because they looked too small, but he barely finished one package. For those of us who can't have wheat, these noodles have a great taste and texture, with no strange smells. If you are someone who can eat regular noodles, I’ve been told they're bland— but these have been a blessing for my family and me, who love Asian cuisine but can't have the regular flour-based noodles.

Amazing gluten free option
10/10 i love instant noodles though i know they are bad for you. Im supposed to be gluten free so i decided to try these and bought some spicy seasoning for it and omg so good. Texture similar to traditional ramen. I do like my ramen on the undercooked side so only downside for me with these is you have to boil them once to soften and drain that water then apply the ramen water so it overcookes the noodles but its still good! Easy to prepare, healthy option if youre gluten free!

Good
Tried multiple kinds - these are the closest to regular ramen noodles I have found. Tried both ways of making them on the box - the "restaurant" method did not really work. I just throw them in boiling water/stock and 8 min later then are good. Only downside is the ends tend to clump and not break apart after cooking like normal ramen. The longer you let them sit, the less that seems to continue, although it will never get rid of the clumping altogether. I have let them sit in hot broth for a really long time, and they do not get soggy - so a real bonus there. Taste is great. Have and will continue to buy.
