Perfect so foods don't touch!
These plates are GREAT! perfect for those who don't want foods to touch (my grandson) - but we've all used these plates. They are unbreakable and so far have not stained. Glad I purchased these.

Very helpful for portion control
Very effective at helping you remain aware of portion sizes with the different sections. They become visibly scratched each time you use a knife, so they will start to look pretty roughed up after just a few uses, but I didn’t buy these for the sake of aesthetics.

Toddler sized
These are supposed to be adult sized plates, but they're really toddler sized plates.

I bought these to work with my portion control and help get the food groups I need to. I love the colors. Ease to clean, the size works for me it's a decent size. It's sturdy, I do not place them in the dish washer I wash by hand. I don't microwave them however it does hold hot food.
