Worth Every Penny!
Arrived early. Good customer service on SIMO plan. This thing delivers wifi 6 and 5G. Does all it says on the box. I'll bet you it's more effective than your current broadband, not to mention your mobile device hot-spot. I'm very glad I made this purchase.

Very handy
This is a great thing for me 4g WiFi with no SIM wherever you are. It does seem to overheat at times. And the signal can be patchy at times but overall I am Very happy

Awful customer support
An update broke my device, Acer support has done literally nothing for three weeks, and just constantly responds to say that they will get back to me.I am left with a £300 brick.Acer eventually repaired my device... Then delivered it to someone else. They are refusing to compensate me, starting a claim against them.
