Easy to clean and put together. Looks nice on the countertop and cleared my fridge of water bottles and the expense of buying them (12 litres of water a week is not cheap). Water is very cool not ice cold which is actually pleasant. The unit is quiet after the initial fill up and cooling. I keep a water bottle beside it to fill up before I go out. Really smart well thought out well costed water cooler. Anyone who needs to drink water cool water regularly and wants to save money should definitely consider picking one up.

On balance, very happy, great office/desk water filter and cooler. Worked perfectly for 2 years exactly, then stopped keeping the water cool. Standard warranty is 12 months, so had to buy a replacement.

I bought this product to provide me with an easy-access to chilled drinking water but sadly I found that it doesn't cool the water as much as I expected. The mains tap water used to fill the dispenser is actually cooler when it goes in that when it is drawn from the unit. The actual temperature of the unit's water output is not advised on the amazon.co.uk listing but testing with a home thermometer it appears to be around 9 degrees Centigrade. After allowing the mains tap water to run for about ten seconds it tests at around 5 degrees Centigrade. I guess I need closer to ice-cold than what this product produces.The unit has been returned

Chillswell water cooler. This water cooler is really good but it stopped working after over two years.

Very happy with this purchase, we have it for almost a year now, and it has worked flawlessly during this time. Simple to use and install, you just need to plug it and make sure the filter is well placed and keep track of the calendar on the lid of the cooler (every 2 months). From there all is left to do is to refill water whenever you need it.In my family, everyone is happy with this purchase. We have saved a lot of money rather than buying bottles of water plus also contributing to the world.
