Easy to use but seems a bit fragile. First use OK but can not speek to longevity.

Worked as advertised. Have to remove the USB cable between floppys, but not really an issue. Very happy to have been able to retrieve old photos. Very little noise. Easy to use. Only had a couple of items not transfer, but I'm sure it was my computer, not the reader. Would recommend.

I bought this device to salvage and archive photos and sensitive information from a collection of 3 1/2" floppies I have. It comes with a list of suggestions to work with Windows 10 & 11 but even with those suggestions, it worked intermittently. I tried it with three different computers and had to constantly switch and reboot them to get it to recognize the disks. In the end, I did get the job done so I guess it was worth the price I paid for it. As my wife says: Our printed photos will last longer than your electronics!

Works great! I plugged it in my Windows 11 computer and followed the instructions and got great results. Very happy I could recover my old floppy's.

Read one of my very old discs that nothing else could

I FOLLOWED ALL DIRECTIONS THAT WERE INCLUDED AND NOTHING WORKED. I WROTE TO TECH SUPPORT AND TRIED ALL OF THEIR SUGGESTIONS AND NOTHING WORKED. TRIED THIS ON WINDOWS 10 AND 11 MACHINES. THESE ARE MOST COMMON MACHINES BEING USED TODAY. IF THESE WILL NOT WORK ON MOST COMMON MACHINES BEING USED TODAY THEY ARE USELESS. I HAVE HUNDREDS OF FLOPPY DISKS FULL OF MEMORIES I WANT TO RETREIVE. APPARENTLY THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT. THEY DID STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND REFUND. BUT IT WAS A VERY LONG 2 DAYS OF TRIAL AND ERROR TO NO AVAIL. I WAS ABLE TO RETRIEVE ONLY ONE DISK AND NEVER ANOTHER DISK WOULD IT READ. IT MADE NO SENSE. I WOULD UNPLUG IT AND PUT IN A NEW DISK AND IT WOULD BRING UP THE PICTURES FROM THE FIRST DISK WHICH MADE NO SENSE. I REFRESH AS I WAS TOLD AND IT DID NOT AFFECT ANYTHING. JUST USELESS. I WAS EXCITED THAT IT READ ONE DISK BUT NEVER DID IT READ ANOTHER DISK. I TRIED MANY DISKS AND ONLY GOT RESULTS AS IF I WERE READING THE FIRST DISK WHICH WAS VERY ODD TO ME. JUST USELESS. IF THAT MAKES SENSE TO SOMEONE ELSE PLEASE WRITE A REVIEW AND I WILL HAPPILY PURCHASE ANOTHER TO MAKE IT WORK. I TOLD THIS TO THE TECHS AND THEIR ANSWERS WERE APPLIED TO NO AVAIL. THEY NO LONGER WANTED TO DEAL WITH IT SO REFUNDED ME. I'M NOT ILLITERATE WHEN IT COMES TO PC'S AND THIS IS NOT A PLUG AND PLAY LIKE SOME HAVE SAID. MY PC DID NOT RECOGNIZE IT IN THE ''MY COMPUTER'' TREE. HAD TO SEARCH FOR IT. FOUND IT IN MY DEVICES. ALSO, TRYING TO ADD IT AS ''OTHER'' IN BLUE TOOTH DEVICE DOES NOT WORK AS MY MANUAL SUGGESTED. THIS REVIEW IS ALL OVER THE PLACE. MUCH LIKE I WAS FOR TWO DAYS TRYING TO MAKE THIS FLOPPY DRIVE WORK. NOW YOU GET MY DRIFT. IT DOES NOT WORK.

Arrived on time, the price was great, it recovered all of my photos that were on old 3X5 floppies. Was a bit difficult to find on a new HP PC with Windows 11 but the instructions walked me through it. I downloaded photos from 50 floppies. It was working when I put it up. Will probably never use it again and I will never know if it will work any more, but it was worth the 17 bucks to rescue all of my old pictures!!

Found about 75 of the 3.5 floppy disks, most with photos. Wanted to open and download to PC. Worked great and without any problems.
