The footwear I ordered was really nice and very comfortable to wear—so no complaints about the product itself. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. I was out of station during the delivery, and the package was simply left on the steps outside the house. The delivery status update falsely stated it was "handed over to the resident," which was not true. My mother was on the terrace at the time and unaware of the delivery. This is quite careless, especially when there's a risk of the package being stolen or damaged. Delivery practices need to be more responsible and accurate.
