Love this product especially as I’m a busy mom! The screen makes it easy to track my progress and I love the attached bands. I also mix with my dumb bells. My daughter stays asleep while I’m exercising as it makes minimal noise. It is easy to carry, so I can use wherever I want in the house. They are very sturdy and smooth so far!

This is a great way to become more active at home. The machine helps to strengthen heel/ankle balance as well as building calf and glutes. The arm handle attachment has limited impact. The length of the item is unchanged which is not good for shorter people. I have found using the left handle for the right arm (vice versa) is the only way to use it. The machine itself does not make a noise. However it does become creaky and there is sometimes a clunking sound when the bottom of the step meets the base of the machine. Overall I would recommend this machine for someone who is looking for an easy way to become more active without paying out for a gym membership.

What a disappointment! May be ok if you do a short workout every now and then, but definitely not designed for your everyday half an hour or so use. Broke after a few uses ( and no I’m not overly large or heavy!).

SO NOISY! I only weigh 60kg, so can’t blame the weight on it. After about 3-4 minutes it squeaks and squeaks - it is so loud. I like the workout on it - I’ve had it for 3 days and have used it daily so far. But the noise is grating, I struggle to hear the TV over it.
