Sorry, buying this item should have been a no-brainer. Research shows that many of the brand name dental floss and dental picks contain PFAS (those dastardly forever chemicals) and that certainly could not be good for you, your family, or the planet. SO I did some research and decided to try sustainable silk floss. It's natural and as far as I can tell doesn't contain anything untoward. HOWEVER, when I tried this product the floss just kept breaking and breaking...I could not finish 1 floss without a mess. So had to return them...but the idea for them is great!

Packaging is attractive; product is not. The floss shedded easily instead of gliding as expected. I will not buy it again.

I enjoy utilizing biodegradable floss not solely for its environmental friendliness but also for its thicker texture compared to other options, which effectively removes debris between my teeth. Admittedly, it comes at a slightly higher cost than typical grocery store alternatives, but the benefits make it worthwhile.

The floss was too thick for my teeth and it was hard to get into and then out of my teeth. I had to pull too hard to get the floss out and often it would break and the remainder of the string would remain in my teeth. I REALLy like that is PFAS so I am hoping they will figure out how to make improvement to the floss.

This floss is safe and effective. It does an amazing job cleaning, I think this type of floss might be the most effective and safe floss on the market… when it works.I think it took me about three times as long to floss with the silk string.The floss frequently broke while between my teeth. Sometimes bits of the string would get stuck between my teeth.Twice the string broke by getting tangled inside the dispenser. I had to untangle the knot. Getting the string through the opening was challenging.Maybe I just got a bad roll? I’ve switched over to Dr Tungs floss for the time being. I know it has polyester.I’ll give another silk brand a try next round.

It is hands down the worst floss I’ve ever used. I was so excited about the packaging. A lovely glass container. The floss inside unfortunately was thin and weak and broke off between my teeth as I used it. After it got stuck in my teeth for the second time after my first and only use I stopped before I damaged my gums any further trying to take out pieces of the flimsy floss.

Expectations of item were met. item maintained its strength through use.

I was looking for dental floss that was without plastics and chemicals and came across nudge, seemed to have good reviews. Initially, I felt like it did good, on the cleaning side, albeit I thought the string was really thin. Then I came to a couple of teeth that are tighter than the rest, and it broke and stuck in between the 2 teeth. Oh my, I guess I need to get more string to work it out, I thought, but that broke too in the same area. And, even with my normal dental floss, couldn't get out the broken string tucked into my gums. This dental floss is WAY too think. Breaks easily. In all my years, Ive never had dental floss break in the middle of using it and then cannot remove it. So I type this with it stuck still, in between those 2 teeth, at the base of my gums and can only hope it will dissolve. Yikes!
