Check everything. Not for novices.
Seems to be good quality. May not be water tight, Check and tighten the end seals. Wiring is not weatherproof. Install in a dry location and seal all connections with adhesive lined shrink tubing. Do not use tape or silicone. Kit needs weatherpak two pin male and female connectors soldered. Crimping is not recommended. Spade connectors and Scotch loks will corrode and fail. Not for outdoor use. Kit must be installed with a power relay. Use a switch to turn on/off Manually via a relay. One light per relay pole contact. Relay should have at least 20A contacts. Lamps do get very warm after running for 15 minutes. I used mine as backup lamps and wired a 4PDT 12V relay into each rear backup tail light. Then ran the power through the relay directly from the battery via a 6A circuit breaker. (do not use inline fuses), for both positive and negative wires. Do not use chassis as ground. It will cause corrosion. I also installed an override DPST rocker switch in the dashboard so I can turn the lights on manually. Weight 34.0 OZ. I recommend this product if you have the skills tools and patience to install it correctly. I have tested the units performance: Light draws Just under 3.90Amps or about 40 Watts at 13.6VDC. The 40 Watts is not light output but current draw., 10.30 Volts Minimum for maximum brightness of 270 Lux or approximately 100 Watts of light equivalent. 70.0 is Minimum turn on voltage. Each light will require a 8 amp circuit breaker in circuit. You will need at least 16AWG Stranded copper wire up to 10 ft. Mounting the light takes tools and skill. I recommend this product.

The best combo light I found for the boat.
Installed the light on my bimini top. It lights up the water for a good 100 feet ahead. I tried several and returned them because they didn't do what they promised to. This one is very bright and has a nice "hot spot" in the center of the beam. It does whistle a bit when running fast, but I slight tilt and the whistling stops. It's a great combination of function vs price.

Worth the $25
Honestly, if this thing only last 6 months of saltwater abuse I would be happy because for $25 this thing is insanely bright.
