I really like this product. The advantage is that my joints have a lot of increased mobility and less pain. . Kinda like an oil change. The disadvantage is taking 4 tablets. The benefits far outweigh the dosage. Also I’d like to mention I took a high quality glucosamine and chondroitin supplement previously.

I have been taking joint supplements for approx. 10 years. This one has more ingredients than every one I tried before.I stopped taking it for one month AND COMPLETELY REGRET IT. I am almost back to where I was at before I stopped taking it. It has been about 3 weeks. I WILL NEVER STOP TAKING THIS AGAIN!

Best product! Im on my second bottle. My skin and hair look soo healthy. My skin was always dry and horrible. I highly recommend this product. My hair has been growing and skin glows. I know what my hair n skin use to look like. I never write reviews and I wish I had a previous Pic to show the difference but I know what I use to look like and Im so pleased. Why did you pick this product vs others?:These came as promised and I feel much better since I have been using them. So much more in one pill.

I have a lot of pain and inflammation so I don’t expect overnight results. I have been taking this for a few months and can’t say for certain that I am feeling better. BUT I may be feeling more pain if I weren’t taking it. I like the quality of this brand and that the producers pack many nutrients in one capsule. No bad taste, easy to swallow, and a good value given the number of ingredients in each capsule. I will update this review in the coming months as I see changes.
