I've found zinc l-carnosine a great addition to my gut health protocol. It's a research-backed product and, unlike other forms I've tried, it's actually a fully reacted molecule, meaning it's zinc chemically bound to carnosine and not just a capsule filled with zinc oxide and L-carnosine. Capsules are small, which is great as well. Definitely recommended.

Seems rather effective but I'd like to see a different filler used perhaps with something that is beneficial to the gut.

Carnosine is considered as a geroprotector. As I am decidedly geriatric, I find that attractive. This product contains a compound of carnosine and zinc, called Zinc L-Carnosine. This has been shown to be especially beneficial for gut health. There are however, possible side-effects with it, associated with the amount of zinc intake. As with most things, you need enough zinc but not too much. These side effects are significant enough for some countries to make Zinc L-Carnosine prescription only. Always happy with this company as everything is 3rd party tested & good quality, they dose everything well and charge generally fair prices. No games or manipulations with the label, just a quality product for a fair price. I've never had anything from them that I've not seen any tangible benefit from, and I can't say that for the other premium brands I've bought in the past.Taking this helped with my gut symptoms after taking this consistently and eating a lot more veggies, I haven't had any issues in over a year. Always difficult to say exactly how big the effect was the supplement when other factors in play but I'm happy with the results I saw whilst taking it.Also I like that it's a lot of servings e.g. up to 60 based on the recommendations on-label, as once I know the product is right for me, it's better for everyone via less reordering, less shipping, less packaging.
