Mechman Alternators 400-Amp High Output Alternator 1996-2004 GM Truck 4.3L 4.8L 5.3L 5.7L 6.0L (Red)

Installed on am 03 Avalanche. Now getting an error message saying service break booster. Removed and installed faftory alternator and the message went away, installed this again and the service message comes up again. Any advice would help.Edit: So it turns out that the 3 pin connector that came was not wired correctly. I had to depin A and D on the harness to get rid of that booster error. Truck runs amazing, upgrading to 5 stars now.

The alternate y’all sold me does not work on my S-10. Yall said it would work but I can’t put the throttle bracket on that holds the throttle cable

Solved my problems no more headlights dimming or voltage drops on my 98 suburban 1500 when I'm playing my music almost full tilt with my headlights & a/c on my voltage hangs at 14.02 - 14.07 . My stock alternator it was dipping down in the 11.5 to 11 volts range which can be damaging for the electrical and all the electronics. Very satisfied

Put it in my truck, on my audio system an I am very satisfied. It's worth it, don't hesitate to buy it, it really keeps my voltage up.
