Inflatable Ice Bathtub With Chiller

I have had mine for almost one year and I am extremely happy with it. When I bought it, it was almost twice the price or more than it is now and I still do not regret it. The instructions could’ve been a little bit better but I was able to figure it out. I called them numerous times and it went to voicemail. I thought I would never hear back but within 10 minutes my phone rang and very friendly people helped me to resolve my issues. They were normal things about learning how to use any new product. The bath gets very cold and is comfortable. I’m extremely happy I did not buy a permanent hard ice bath. Where I live we have cold winters and I am not able to leave mine outside in the winter. It’s a very nice design because I can deflate it and put it in my closet during the cold winter months. Had I bought an expensive permanent one I would not be able to do this I highly recommend this product. It’s a lot of fun and it’s also a social activity. My friends and family love to join and I always get compliments. Thanks for the nice product!

All the connections are cheap plastic whicj broke so easy especially when cold. Had to order new connections that were metal. Pump has now broke after 5 uses (turn it off for 4 days only use it weekends) so have to replace it. The chiller worked nice but just cheap parts that will all need ro be replaced after minimal use.

I’ve looked at so many different tubs like this and reviews and this seems be stood out to me as a great value. I’ve owned it for about two months and the take away date this. - keeps temp great and is incredibly easy to use. -initial set up takes about 15 minutes start to finish. - changing the water is easy as long as you put the unit next to a reliable drain. (If using inside) - from room temp to 40 degrees in about 10 hours or so. - the water pump is good not great. It circulates good but could be stronger. - plenty of room for you to stretch out. (I’m 5’11” and weigh 240 (big boy) and I fit easily and comfortably) - I wish it had clearer advice or came with actual filters. The unit seems to be working great and I have 0 complaints so far. It’s a great value at the price point it’s at.

I am leaving a 2 star review for now. When I first got it, it worked great for about a week and a half. Now it’s broken, the pump stopped working.and the little black adapter plug thingy, appears to have stopped working Working with customer service from the company is a headache so far. I hope to be able to update this review soon with better news. When it did work, it was fantastic and I was so excited. Disappointed so far. They said they are sending me a replacement item for the element that is broken. They said they wouldn’t overnight it due to cost efficiency and etc. So they care more about a few bucks for shipping than they do customer experience. About to make this a one star review at this point.

I've had my cold plunge for over a year now and am totally addicted! I made the mistake last winter and left it out after the temps dropped well below freezing and the water in the chiller tank froze along with the water in the tub (no, it doesn't have a heater). I was weeks from my warranty expiration date and it was totally my fault. I contacted the manufacture looking for a replacement tank and Evan, maybe the owner not sure, said it would be easier for me if he sent me a new chilling unit - which he did. It is a great product and a customer focused company so they get 5 stars in my book.

I'm a big guy, 5'10" with broad shoulders, a few extra pounds and first think I noticed about this ice bath was that I more than fit! It's very well made and structurally sound, when you're my size, products like this tend to be geared toward the dainty and in my experience constructed on the flimsy side. The water chiller was fairly straight forward to set up and get operating and works like a dream. Recently mine did stop working and when no visual issue was observed when troubleshooting, I inquired with the manufacturer who responded to me with in 10 MINUTES (awesome) and a replacement chiller is being sent out to me under the 12 month warranty that comes with this purchase. Sometimes you truly get what you pay for and in my opinion, this investment classifies!

This product was a nightmare. I had high hopes to get this product to work. I have been using my house tub and filling it with ice bags for the longest time and found this chiller, but it looks like I’m going back to my tub. While installing it, one of the parts broke. They luckily provided a spare and after reading the manual and watching the videos multiple times i finally got the chiller to work all but one time. For the price i thought this would be great but it simply didn't work..

I have been searching for an ice bath setup for quite some time. This was the best I could find for the bang for my buck. I paid a little more than currently listed a while back but can honestly say I love this thing. It is easy to setup, clean and does its job. Crystal clear water with a sturdy structure makes it unbeatable unless you’re willing to pay thousands of dollars for the actual tub. Highly recommend!!

Do not buy. Seriously. This thing is crap. And then it’s $125 to ship the defective product back. And they will graciously refund $3.99 of shipping costs. The tub doesn’t hold air. The chiller leaks so aggressively that it drains all the water in the tub in a matter of minutes.

J’ai attendu quelques mois avant de rédiger un commentaire car j’ai eu quelques ajustement a faite au debut. En fait, j’ai eu une problématique avec non pas la pompe mais l’adaptateur de la pompe soit la prise de courant de celui-ci. J’ai fait appel au service et j’ai recu une autre pompe(sans l’adaptateur) mais comme le problème n’était pas résolu, j’ai réussis à cerner le problème a l’adaptateur. Après 1 mois de va et viens avec le service, le tout fonctionnait. Ma patience a été mis à l’épreuve et j’ai voulu retourner le tout mais j’ai finalement persisté et trouvé la problématique alors je l’ai conservé. Ceci etant dit, je suis extrêmement content de l’avoir gardé. Mon bain était installé à l’extérieur durant l’été avec des canicule à 35degré Celsius et le bain conservait l’eau à la température demandée sans problème. Il est branché 24/24 et 7/7 depuis maintenant 3 mois et tout fonctionne très bien. J’aurais mis 5 étoiles si ce n'était de la problématique du début. P.S. Si vous mettez le bain à l’extérieur, protégez les connections de l’eau pour ne pas avoir la problématique que j’ai eu. J’ai acheté des boites de protection sur amazon

Came with a leak. Have to pump it up everyday

Received unit with a defective chiller. Have been working with the seller since June 14 trying to get a replacement unit. While the seller is responsive and professional, I have not yet received a replacement unit for the defective chiller. Seller cites shipping issues as the cause for delay. So far my husband hasn’t been able to use his birthday gift. Will update this review if we get the new chiller.
