Garbage
When I ordered this printer that I’m paying over $10,000 for got here (LATE) first of all, then there is (ABSOLUTELY) no support, no instructions, the software is missing, it’s just sitting in my house collecting dust. I ask to return it they refunded me $900+ dollars and said the rest would be a restocking fee. Amazon said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was bought through a 3rd party. So if you buy anything on Amazon make sure to check the reviews and the refund/return policies or you possibly could get Scammed out of your money like me. I’m beyond disappointed in this situation. If there was a negative rating they would definitely be on it
