Great experience with this vendor. The Petkit Yumshare Solo arrived quickly, well-packaged, and exactly as described. The feeder feels sturdy, looks clean and modern, and was easy to set up. It dispenses food reliably and has been working consistently without issues. Overall, very satisfied with both the product quality and the vendor’s service. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Love this feeder. It’s small enough for my tiny house and has all the cool features. The app is super cool. I love watching my kitty eat and the AI camera knows the difference between my feet and cat. I definitely recommend this. Camera doesn’t work if we lose power and it’s working on battery but it still dispenses food.

I would give this 10 stars if possible. All the other positive reviews are true. I will focus on why it helped me The double hopper is great because it also some variety and needs to be filled less frequently. Have the video is great and the microphone. My cat jumps when he hears my voice announce it's time to eat. It's nice that I can see him or talk to him if I am not home. The app is good, not great, but nothing to really complain about. Quality and durablity seem very good after about 6 months. App updates from manufacturer are the future variable. A wifi extender might be necessary depending on how far the feeder is from the WiFi hub. If I get a second cat then I will definitely buy another one of these feeders. I doubt 2 cats would share on feeder. :))

We just got a cat and had a trip planned. This gave us peace of mind to be able to know he was being fed, but also we could see when our guests were coming to feed him his canned food, so I knew he was being handled. I will say that the food measuring system is confusing to me, and not all of the menus are very intuitive, but I already had the petkit litterbox and water bowl, so this all worked in the same app. The camera is clear and the voice function is also very clear. Being able to dispense an extra portion of whichever hopper side you prefer is a nice feature. It seems high quality, I just wish I could choose how many cups to serve instead of how many grams, and once I set it I can’t even find that feature again.

The only reason why I didn't give this 5 stars it does not alert me like it says it will when the food is low. We always have at least one person at home so that is not a problem if we forget to check it. I just wish we didn't have to check. Also, it doesn't save my pet's weight age, etc in the profile so each time I want to check food portion sizes for a new food I have to reinput it. Not a huge deal but wish it was a little better ap in that sense. The last automatic feeder the app was cumbersome, it also made you pay for it to get anything extra. Also, my cat learned how to bite the button and make it give her food. With this one, the button is on the side, and no way she can do that. All in all, it is great, love the portion sizes, easy to program, and it hasn't missed a feeding yet. It tells me when she comes and how long it takes her to eat her food. The camera angle is good and clear. I am glad I got this one to replace the other one that had some issues.

This is an amazing pet feeder. The best purchase for my cats. I used to worry that two pet feeders are needed for two cats, but one does the job perfectly. Now I always know how many times my cats eat, how often they come, and sometimes I can see a record of their little pranks and it's very funny. The pet feeder has two compartments. I put treats in the second one. There is also a moisture absorber that needs to be changed once a month so that the food remains of good quality. A large compartment for storing food. In the app, you can track the amount of food and give out a snack if necessary. You can also see daily reports and create a fixed schedule for giving out food. This really changed my life and I stopped constantly thinking about food for my cats, now PetKit takes care of this. Even if you do not have electricity, it will continue to work using batteries. easy to clean and works silently. Of the minuses, I can note the lack of scales in the bowl. It would be nice to also know the weight of the food consumed. But this is more of a wish.

Love it! I’ve been using it for a week now - Great little video captures during the day as well as reliable live video whenever I want to check in and perfect for feeding if I’m running late. Definitely recommend!

Updated review: Just pass on this before you waste many frustrated hours trying to get it working and keep working. It only works with the outdated 2.4 wifi. Every time the power goes out this piece of ... requires going back to factory mode and resetting to work with wiFi. Don't bother with it. Unfortunately I have two of them. That's double the wasted time. The PETKIT app is poorly implemented and largely non-functional. I bought this Petkit Automatic Cat Feeder because it promised being able to identify my two cats and calculate their food requirements based on weight and metabolic needs. Using this info I wanted to program daily feedings customized for each cat. This product is another example of decent hardware with poor software implementation. Unfortunately, Petkit and Amazon failed to disclose that the app isn't ready for the hardware. I consider this failure to be a bait and switch scam and I'd return it but I already tossed the package because the delivery person left it in the rain without a plastic wrap for protection. Linking the app and feeder was easy. Connecting to my home router/wifi was easy. It even ran an automatic software upgrade so I know I have the latest, greatest app software. So far so good. Next task is to program my two cats into the Feeding Calculator. Entering the name is easy. Enter the weight? The app reverts to a default weight of 6.8 pounds every time. So it fails to update the cats's weights. FAIL! There isn't any obvious way to edit the cat information either. So another FAIL! Interesting is that I have the PetKit Puramax automatic litter box with my cats' weights entered correctly. The feeder links to the info but changes the weights without any input from me. Another FAIL? Next it asks me to enter their cat food. I feed Purina Indoor Cat Food, a very common dry cat food pellet available in any American grocery store. Instead of a simple-to-use barcode reader that searches online and enters the food analysis for me, I have to enter the analysis manually. Okay, needlessly complicated but okay. The app lets me program the feeding schedule but I'm unable to vary the portion size. I ran a few trials and the portion size isn't consistent. That's a definite FAIL!! I have two PetKit water dispensors that work very well. The Petkit Pure Max Litter box works well. I really want the food dispenser to work just as well but for now the software is a FAIL!!
