Zak Tool No. 57K Key Ring Window Punch

I have punched a lot of windows and this punch has worked every time. You need to use it on a corner. The top corner is my go to, but I have had to do it on the bottom on one occasion. I genuinely don’t understand how people have got one of these to fail.

Almost the same size as a ink pen. Light but very useful.

A good tool. I gave it 4 stars as the tool does bend at one end. I thought the shaft was full metal. Still a good tool to have in case of an emergency to break a glass car window.

I've tried a lot of punches and these are the best. You can get a LOT of pressure applied on the point especially if you put a paracord loop through the triangle for a better grip. These work first time unlike a lot of the spring-loaded center punch kind or the ResQME, which do work, but sometimes take multiple tries and can result in cut hands due to pushing on the glass.If yours or someone else's life could be on the line don't skimp...these WORK and it's much easier to control the breakage so you are less likely to be cut, making these SAFE.

I used this tool on my first crash, the tool broke and I’ve been waiting on the manufacturer to send a new one. I feel as if the manufacturer is just giving me the run around at this point.The sad part is my coworkers rescue tool he got from a blood drive for free did a better job.

It's a window punch with only 1 moving part and it works. I would definitely recommend it over a traditional center punch style many people carry. The only thing I wish it had was a rubber cap over the sharp end, I used a piece of pvc tubing to keep it from damaging anything inadvertently.

Tool appears well made, solid, nicely finished. I bought 10 to give family for Christmas - everyone was thrilled! Comments were positive..."this looks like a really good one", " I wanted one of these!", "what a great gift idea!". The best comment came from my niece who held it like it was pure gold and said "Do you know my biggest fear is drowning in a car because I can't get the window open?" I checked out several window punches and am very glad I chose the Zak. Thank you!
