Not sure, I no longer have this item but I am 6'2" and the robe went to above my calf when in costume.

What material is this robe made out of?

It's definitely a synthetic material, polyester or something similar. It's textured to make it look velvety, but it's clearly synthetic.

What size is the vest?

I don't know the exact size, but it fit a average sized adult male. If I had to say, I'd guess L to XL. Used for a skit. It's not great quality, but worked for what I needed it for.

Care should be taken, do not wash, consulting a clothes cleaning professional is recommended.
