Really happy with these. I was quite dubious at first but have been after something for a while to help me focus and feel awake. I suffer from extreme exhaustion and fatigue every day, early afternoon ish and these have helped me stay awake and not need to nap. Rather than in the morning I take 2 at 1pm ish to help me before my afternoon slump. Would definitely recommend:)

A bit worried about carrying on with these as they now have large patches of black in the capsules. They've been stored in my bathroom, in the container, with the lid on, but they now look so odd I don't fancy taking them. Does anyone know if they are ok?I had only taken about a week's worth before this, so I can't comment on their efficacy.

So this item came up as a suggestion for me to try out and to be honest it has a long list of ingredients, so it would be worth checking that you are not already taking any other supplements that might take you over the recommended daily dosage limits.This is a two capsule a day dosage, with food and water.What attracted me to this particular item was the inclusion of Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc and the L Theanine and Gingko Biloba Extract.There are other elements included, but having that 1/6 dozen ingredients included certainly made it a worthwhile order.As you can see from the images, the shape of the container is just brilliant, it takes up so little space, i have had several supplements in this shape and to be honest, i cannot understand why the bigger round bottles are still being used, it makes no sense.The container arrived sealed and there is a 30 day amount supplied as a 60 capsule container.I've a hectic work schedule in December within the hospitality and events sector, so i am always open to getting the best possible focus and performance out of myself and this supplement certainly seems to support the idea that i can crack on with my work, deal with situations and enjoy the busiest period of my life, with little issue.I have always utilised supplements at the hardest parts of my routines and they have typically delivered a satisfactory result, but i don't tend to use them all year round, just when i am under the most intense periods, and i find they certainly help.

No effect whatsoever. Supplements don't work. Wish they did. But they dont. Stick to balanced diet

My expectations were not high, but these tablets do not seem to do anything. Been using for a few weeks, but no notable difference.
