Absolutely poor quality

This product is shameful the scrolling bad is so bad that it didn’t change to the numbers you want. It gets stuck and the top bar has no numbers just letters.It’s supposed to be a labelling gun with numbers and letters. The price should reflect the product, you should be ashamed to sell this product on Amazon

Do not bother this is the worst labelling gun I have ever come across. Rubbish instructions,cheap labels, indecipherable letters & numbers which seem to have been loaded incorrectly so it is impossible to read what text to set.Complete waste of money
