After being told I needed a new generator I replaced this part and it's running like new.

Fit was good. works well.

After 18 years my brushes went out. I couldn’t find a service person to repair my unit. A quick diagnosis and I realized the brushes were worn and required replacing. I ordered this set, a lot of disassembly and not I’m back up and running. The reflective insulation had released from it’s backing and was all loose in the exhaust area and had to be replaced as well.

This fixed my strange intermittent operation. My generator would randomly work. After disassembly, I found one brush was jaming and not riding thr stator well causing intermittent connection. Moving the machine would occasionaly would make it work or not work.
