Got this for my wife she loves it works awesome. She uses it every day at night.

I'm terrible at flossing, I admit it. So I was happy to give this a try. I've been using it at least once a day, typically twice. I started using it immediately after my last dental cleaning and exam. In 6 months, I'll update here to let you know if it did any good compared to my usual routine (daily brushing, infrequent flossing). In the meantime...It isn't hard to use, which is good. I liked someone else's idea of adding a bit of mouthwash to the water container. It does freshen the mouth beautifully.But getting to the back molars is not easy, nor effective. Also, the three water pressure settings are pretty *meh*. I have it on the highest setting and actually wish it could go a bit higher. I feel like I can swish water around my teeth with more force than this thing puts out. But I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt and see how it works over 6 months.UPDATE: I used this pretty ritually for 6 months and then longer. When I went for my dental cleaning and check-up, I asked if my plaque was better, worse, or the same as last time. It was mildly better. I think my dental hygienist gave me a B+. LOL In any case, this is better than nothing, but honestly, I think a good, vigorous swishing of just water in my mouth might be just as effective. My 2 cents.

I’ve used a water pic for many years, but I liked the idea of the U-shaped end on this so I tried it. To be honest, I really like the way made my teeth feel. They felt cleaner than they do with the water pic. The only problem is two weeks into using it. It didn’t work anymore, so I returned it and got my money refunded. There’s no problem there which was nice. I may buy another one just to see if that was just a bad one.

It works! My dentist did not see much plaque at my six month exam. Takes a little getting used to. Although physically I don’t have a huge mouth it would help if there were different sizes on the removable mouth piece!

Update: I've only had this since March of this year and while I still think the design is great, it is no longer spraying. I only use this about 2x/week so it's not overused. The motor runs but nothing comes out. I noticed the steam was getting weaker so I'm not surprised. I thought it was clogged so I tried running some hot water and vinegar through it but it's not helping. It's like the holes are too small to allow small minerals (what I think the issue is) to pass through. I'm going back to my old one which has a more powerful stream than this one brand new out of the box. The design isn't as good as this but oh well.This design is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I love that it's handheld and not an awkward size or shape and really the best feature is that you can get both sides of the teeth and not worry about missing any parts. It didn't take long for me to get the best method for my mouth. The only things I don't like about it is it's hard to use on my back gums because it is just barely wide enough to get around those teeth. I can get to them but it sometimes gets a little stuck. The other thing is the same comment that the reservoir is too small. If it were a bit bigger it would be perfect.

This is great. I liked it so much that I ordered another one for my daughter.
