Great starting monitor. Easy to install, good specs and very affordable, also the clarity is very nice.

I bought this monitor as a PlayStation player who was stuck on 60 fps. The perfect size and look. I don’t know how it performs with a pc but if your on PlayStation or Xbox it gives perfect quality. I was skeptical because of the price but no joke when it came it was extraordinary. Plus I play Fortnite and it gives a couple of custom crosshairs and accessible settings

Ordered two for my setup. One of them started bugging out and I originally thought it was my GPU. Sent my GPU out to get worked on and installed another and had the same issue. Soon to find out it was these monitors causing a black screen issue the whole time. Not only that but they lost my original GPU in the mail. Overall terrible. Not only are they bad quality, give you extremely bad luck, but they caused me to lose my RX7800XT GPU as well and now I’m stuck with a 4070. 3/10 wouldn’t buy ever again. Only reason because 3 stars instead of 1 is because my other one stopped bugging out after I threw my second Sansui in the trash and bought an ACER. The HZ on these are good though I guess. If you need to waste money this is the way to go.

I am amending my review. Since I was happy with the monitor before it failed, as I thought it worked great for the price. It became a paperweight after 3mos time. I found the issue though was the plug. Which is why it was not ideal, but once fixed has been working great again and no issues as yet. What is even more important was the response from Sansui. They offered me to replace the monitor...without any questions, and reach out to me via email. However I did not reply immediately and got one of my old plugs from somewhere and tried it out and it is working great. So great customer support and I assume a one off issue, unless others have noted the same where it stops working. For now, I would consider them again - assuming it continues as is.== Original Review ===I'm actually kidding about fade to black. It simply stopped turning on just after 3 mos. No power whatsoever. I went through a whole routine, thinking it was an issue with the cord, or the HDMI table or the laptop, which slot I plugged into, and for the first couple of days when it would not start, some of those had some results and it would power up. Well, by end of the week, it simply no longer powered up at all. I agree with others that it is cheaply made, but a good price and worked well for the first 3 mos. The screen quality was easily adjusted and outside of its a usually lightweight paperweight now, I have no other complaints. Ideally they should offer some support after 3 mos for how to fix this, since I would at very least expect it to last for 6mos before this level of failure, and ideally a year or 3. I tend to think it takes just as much effort and quality control to make these solutions last longer than it does to plan this type of fast failure after just 3 mos.AMENDING REVIEW - The issue seems to be with the power cord - and with more fiddling I was able to get it started up again - but will definitely not purchase again

Amazing monitor so far. 180Hz mode is incredibly good and has no ghosting. Response rate is super quick, and color accuracy is far better than my other monitors.

So long story short, this company went above and beyond on replacing a defective monitor that arrived. I had successfully returned the monitor through Amazon and even gotten my money back. They had contacted me and sent me a free monitor and compensation for the bad one and I can’t say enough how much I wasn’t expecting this high quality of customer service. I would recommend this brand due to their high quality customer service and response time. Thank you again SANSUI monitor for your customer response time and helpfulness.IM NOT A BOT FYI

Picture quality is good! My son has been really happy with this for gaming. He likes the ability to add cross hairs to the tv for better accuracy. Easy to set up.
