I haven’t been sleeping so good after I lost my husband. Didn’t want to become dependent on the pull pusher doctors prescriptions. Tried a lot of over the counter but never got a full night sleep from those. Thought it might help me if I got this. First time I took some I fell asleep and didn’t wake up until the morning when my cat was poking me in the face. And no not nightmares. Many of the herbs have been effective for centuries and I am glad to see it also has some valerian to cut down some of the neuropathy at night. I don’t know why some people are whining about this unless they planned on failure. I’ll keep these around for the rest of my life.

This wasn’t a product that I wanted to buy. It wasn’t Relax and sleep like I ordered so I don’t have a good feeling about this product and was unable to return it. I haven’t even opened it, but I don’t know how to get rid of it. I don’t want it. It’s junk

These work very well. You will want to take them only 5 or 10 minutes before you head off for bed. They are easy to swallow pills with no taste or smell other than the same of an Excedrin-type pill. I do feel a little like I have to have a few extra rpm’s to get up in the morning for work. If I don’t have to set an alarm, I don’t notice it as much. After that, it seems to dissipate, and I’m ready to face the day. It definitely depends on the number of hours you are dedicating to sleep.

Bought this because I had some complications with the store bought sleep aids. I used the others for about 5 days and noticed my balance was affected by them, I felt a little dizzy during the day and felt different. This was when I had a case of RSV (don't mess with that one) and thought it was the reason for my unbalance. The problem I had with this one was it took 2 capsules to work and it seemed to wear off after 5 hours and I couldn't get back to sleep.

Was using PureZzz’s gummies (and liking them), but those dang thing have like 6 grams of carbs for 2 gummies (straight up sugar, too). Because i don’t want to eat an entire sugary meal at bedtime, i tried these out since the ingredients are quite similar. 1 week in, and they work quite well. Possibly better than the PureZzz’s since I’m taking a lower dose and getting roughly the same effect.

I have Sjogrens which gives me chronic insomnia and thought these would work and I’m sorry to say they don’t work for me.
