This is great, price and value! I like the smaller blade as it cooks the fries quicker and throughly. Comes apart for easy washing. A little cooking oil on the shafts helps the movement, and there is quite a bit of effort to push down on the potato, I found the best way is to tap down on the lever a couple of times to make it easier to penetrate the potato or whatever you decide to slice/chop. Other than that it's still a time saver and a crowd pleaser for seasoned fries as well!!!!

I have RA and cutting up vegetables and fruits have been a lot on my hands and I end up in pain. I had gotten to the point of not wanting to make certain dishes because it hurts to cut some much. My husband would help and would cut everything I needed to help, but I hated always having to ask. I have tried soooooo many different cutters and they all have been a joke. This one will cut through a (half) potato or (half) an onion, any veggies and fruits you need. My husband was able to cut through a whole onion but I was not strong enough to push it through, but it will cut it and not break like others cutters have done on me. It has really helped and I do recommend, this needs to be a staple in your household

I wish I had another grate with larger slices for making french fries.

When putting this together, we found the apple slicer section wasn't lined up on the correct holes, and would not push flush through the blades. It was lined up in the package, but that was not how it fit on the actual machine. Now, we have to wait over a week for a replacement. I hope it turns out to be a good item, as I was hoping it would help streamline our processes on our lemonade trailer. I will update, once the new one arrives, and I have actually used it.

Absolutely awesome. Got this for the restaurant prep and it haven't been easier to cut. Keep hearing praises from workers. About to order more for another location.

the product so many missing parts and not in a good condition

Two Stars for limited or no parts availability. Trying to find cutters that fit this press in different sizes from 3/8" to 1/2" fries is next to impossible. Many fry cutters of this size do not fit properly and even their website is missing all but 1/4" cutters. The press cuts fries very easily and this came with a 1/4" shoe string blade. Too easy to over-fry and get rock hard fries with shoe string cut. I wish I was more impressed but had I known the cutters are hard to find that fit properly or any other size this would have been returned. Don't buy this one a VEVOR
