Having now used the pillow for 6-weeks, I find that it is exactly as described and a wonderful product for my taste. I found that the ability to adjust the firmness or softness to be an excellent solution to getting it just right for a great sleep. I took a bit of the filling out to slightly soften it and now it is like a custom made pillow. I highly recommend this pillow and will be buying another. Bravo!!!

Overall, these are amazing, comfortable pillows! I took off one star because of the functionality of the outer case zipper. The outer case is very important because it is the cooling part of the pillow. Of course, I put the pillows in other pillowcases so the zipper part is not that big of a deal I guess. But anyway, these are amazing, very, very, very comfortable and mold to the shape of your head. Even though the zipper broke, I would still re-purchase these again. Super soft, yet not too soft, just perfect. I filled them to maximum capacity lol. I highly recommend these pillows.

Omg this pillow is AMAZING so comfortable I am a side sleeper I always have to buy store pillows pull out the fluff put it in another pillow just to get firmness, not anymore I am buying my pillows from here. I am very happy can't wait to sleep :)

I tend to like my pillow more on the firmer side, but solid latex foam pillows are pricey and memory foam holds too much heat (head sweats anyone?). These had good reviews, are reasonably priced and come with extra foam stuffing to bulk it up, so I figured I'd give it a try. In a nutshell... it's a great pillow for me. It's surprisingly firm for a shredded foam pillow and easy to fluff back up. I don't know if there's any real difference between the cool side vs the warm side (I only use the cool side). It does develop a hollow spot if you only sleep in one area, but I'm all over the place- middle and both ends... and you can add the included extra stuffing to bulk it back up. And here's the real testimony... after trying mine, my GF bought one and when we were visiting my sister (we take our own pillows) she felt it and then she and my brother-in-law also bought them. Dang... I should work on commission for this company!!

Being very particular about pillows I'm often disappointed, but not by this one!! At first it looked super flat to me, but once I used it, it's the absolute perfect ratio of cushy and support. All my others are king size, but reading other reviews I decided to go with the queen, for a smaller, firmer amount of space. Winner, winner!! Have been sleeping so much better with this pillow, and no more crazy sleep neck injuries 🙌🙌🙌

I wrote a review earlíer about these pillows. They are nice and heavy looks to have the one side on each one that is meant for the cooling side. I have to retract my statement about the extra foam stuffing that they send along with the pillows. There is plenty of see tffing for the pillows . I stand corrected.

I have always needed a firm pillow due to neck issues. These pillows are firm yet very soft and comfortable. They have the perfect height for me, but you can remove or add material to your comfort level. One side of the pillow has a noticeable cooling layer, which is great for those warm nights. Wish I ordered these sooner. Definitely worth the price.

Great pillow, good support but very comfortable. Adjustable by adding or removing filling to your choice. Cool side of pillow is great. This pillow has definitely helped my sleep.

I bought the pillow due to neck and shoulder pain. I got Koala pillows and they didn't live up to expectations and more expensive than these. I like that the pillow is customisable to suit the person. I didn't need the extra filling. I may have taken a few handfuls as it was too bulky. You can have it high, medium or low profile and adjust the cushiness. It's been great so far. It's been a few months and I'm happy with my purchase. There is a collo side for Australian summer which is a bonus. I would recommend the pillow to anyone who are particular with their pillows or who experience pain from sleeping.

Pillows are a very personal thing. This one works for me. I like a pillow with some substance and this one has it. I've been so disappointed with many "brand name" pillows. This one did not disappoint. Great that it can be adjusted. I like mine a bit firmer so stuffed all the filling in.
