I tried this to see if it would make a difference with nighttime trips to the bathroom. It did not fix everything, but after a couple of weeks I noticed things felt a little more manageable. I believe this product is helping me to have a relative healthy prostate. I still have some symptoms but this products helps to reduce those symptoms. Most old guys have prostate problems. I am trying to avoid surgery with this product.

Over the past two years I have tried numerous prostate supplements including Urinozinc Prostate Formula Plus With Beta-Sitosterol, Source Naturals Prosta-Response, and Nature's Bounty Saw Palmetto 450 mg just to name a few. My experience with these has been that they seem to do some good, but never enough to make a significant improvement. I know they are working somewhat because when I have stopped taking them, even for a short period, my symptoms always worsened. In my ongoing quest to find the "best" prostate supplement, I continued researching and came across several positive reviews for Real Health Laboratories Prostate Formula with Saw Palmetto. What struck me about a few of these reviews is they said this formula had worked when others hadn't. While I am often somewhat skeptical of reviews, I am also ever hopeful, so about 3 weeks ago I ordered them. One immediate benefit was they were actually less expensive than most of the others I had tried. After a few days, I began experiencing positive results. But I know (and my wife keeps reminding me) that I often see some initial positive results from various herbal supplements I take, only to find them short-lived, and I end up being with them disappointed over time. But now after taking 3 a day more than 3 weeks, I am very please to say these supplements are the real deal ... for me at least. I have experienced much improved "flow" when urinating, my bladder seems to empty more, I am less bloated, and I am seeing improved ease in bowel movements (another negative effect of an enlarged prostate that I don't read too much about, but which is definitely an issue for me). While I recommend trying these if you have not had good results with other similar formulas, I would also have to say that I think that many of these prostate health products have similar ingredients (usually in different combinations or amounts) and that reviews like this are helpful ... but you will only know if one is right for you by trying numerous versions. And I also believe that just because a number of them you have tried may have not worked does not necessarily mean that this type of supplement won't ever work for you ... it could be that you just haven't found the right one for YOU.
