The only purpose of this stand is to make brewing with picopresso more convenient. Even though it is not necessary accessory, it surely does the job well. Good quality frame. Can also be used for pour over setup.

Great addition to my Picopresso setup. Pulling a yummy shot is now a lot more easier and efficient than before.

As of now, the Picopresso lineup of accessories includes this stand, a scale, a grinder and the pressure gauge. I have not used the grinder, so don't know how well it works but a good, espresso grinder is the number one in the list and absolutely essential. The next would be the scale, then the pressure gauge and last, the stand.The product by itself is not bad in any way. It's portable, folds nicely and works good too but it is not an essential buy. I have one but, as of now, I don't use it. Since the Picopresso has a naked portafilter, the mirror does help in monitoring when to pause for preinfusion, the extraction, channeling and so on. But all of that is easily done without the stand.
